By creating an account or using AiBusinessTeam, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AiBusinessTeam provides AI-powered tools to help you start, run, and grow a business. This includes AI agents, content generation, website hosting, commerce tools, and integrations with third-party services.
You own everything you create on AiBusinessTeam — your business, your content, your products, your customer relationships. We never claim ownership of your work or data.
AiBusinessTeam charges zero platform fees on the sales you make through our commerce tools. Standard third-party processing fees (e.g., Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30) still apply.
You agree not to use AiBusinessTeam for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, spam, infringement of others' rights, or any activity that violates our prohibited business categories (see Policies).
Subscription plans include a monthly credit allotment. Credits reset on your billing date. Wallet top-ups roll over indefinitely. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use policies. Upon termination, you retain access to export your data.
AiBusinessTeam is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed before use, especially for legal, financial, or medical matters. Consult licensed professionals where appropriate.
AiBusinessTeam's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of material changes via email.
