AiBusinessTeam sends transactional account notifications by text message (SMS) to registered users who opt in. These include low-credit and billing alerts, sale and new-subscriber alerts for products you sell, important updates from your AI team, daily briefings, and campaign performance summaries. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this number.
SMS is off by default. You opt in from inside your account at Settings → Notifications by adding your mobile number and turning on the SMS notification toggles. SMS notifications are a feature of our paid plans, but turning them on is always free, separate, and optional. Paying for a plan never signs you up for texts; you receive them only if you turn a toggle on yourself, and you can turn them off at any time. By enabling a toggle you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from AiBusinessTeam at the mobile number you provide.
Your consent to receive text messages is a separate, standalone opt-in that you give only by turning on the SMS toggles in Settings → Notifications. It is not part of, bundled with, or required by our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, any purchase, or any other agreement. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and if you never turn on the SMS toggles you will never receive texts from us.
Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity and the alerts you choose to enable.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. AiBusinessTeam does not charge a per-message fee to receive these texts (SMS is a feature of a paid plan; the plan is what you pay for, not the individual messages).
You can cancel anytime by replying STOP to any message, or by turning SMS notifications off in Settings → Notifications. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and will not text you again unless you opt back in.
