Account information (name, email, phone), business data you create on our platform, payment information processed by Stripe, usage analytics to improve the service, and, if you choose to connect them, data from third-party accounts you link (such as your QuickBooks Online accounting data).
We never sell your data. We never use your business content, agent conversations, or generated documents to train AI models. Your work is yours.
To provide and improve the service, send important account communications, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
If you add your mobile number and turn on SMS notifications in Settings → Notifications, you opt in to receive recurring automated transactional account texts (such as low-credit, billing, team, and campaign alerts). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We never sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing. If you connect your QuickBooks Online company, we access your accounting data through Intuit's API using read-only permission (the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope) solely to generate the financial summaries you request, such as your Profit and Loss report and open invoices. We never create, edit, or delete anything in your QuickBooks. Your Intuit access and refresh tokens are stored securely on our server and are never exposed to your browser. Connected financial data is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) only to produce your summary; we do not sell it or share it with any other third party. You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Connected Apps or from within QuickBooks, which revokes our access. Your use of QuickBooks is also governed by Intuit's own terms and privacy policy.
Only essential service providers: payment processors (Stripe), email senders (Resend), AI providers (Anthropic), hosting (Vercel, Supabase). If you connect a third-party account (such as QuickBooks Online via Intuit), we exchange the minimum data needed to power that integration. Each provider has strict data protection commitments. We never sell your data.
Access, export, correct, or delete your data anytime from Settings → Data & Privacy. We honor GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain only minimal records required by law (e.g., tax records for 7 years).
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase Row Level Security, regular security audits, and industry-standard access controls.
AiBusinessTeam is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
