Account information (name, email, phone), business data you create on our platform, payment information processed by Stripe, and usage analytics to improve the service.
We never sell your data. We never use your business content, agent conversations, or generated documents to train AI models. Your work is yours.
To provide and improve the service, send important account communications, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Only essential service providers: payment processors (Stripe), email senders (Resend), AI providers (Anthropic), hosting (Vercel, Supabase). Each has strict data protection commitments.
Access, export, correct, or delete your data anytime from Settings → Data & Privacy. We honor GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain only minimal records required by law (e.g., tax records for 7 years).
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase Row Level Security, regular security audits, and industry-standard access controls.
AiBusinessTeam is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
